500 Hour Yoga TTC in Rishikesh is the step towards exploring the art of yoga in detail. This advanced-level yoga teacher training strengthens your yogic knowledge. During the course, one will learn more about yoga asana, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy physiology, mantra chanting, mudras, Bandhas, meditation, pranayama, etc. This yoga course will help you in learning all the in-depth concepts of yoga and set your journey towards the divine path of yoga. This yoga course will guide you towards health and wellness. This course is structured for those persons who want to build proficiency in yoga.

Indian Yoga School begins to conduct 500 Hours Yoga TTC for Indian students. Indian Yoga School reflects the true essence of the yoga city in their yoga teaching. Our yoga learning and teaching methodology are based on the authentic and traditional style of yoga along with the modern way of teaching to impart the maximum yogic knowledge. We always work in the growth and development of true knowledge of yoga in the world. All the teachers at Indian Yoga School are certified from Yoga Alliance, USA, and are well renowned in the yoga community. Our 500 Hours course curriculum is divided into two parts. The first part includes building a yoga foundation and the other part comprises of sharpening of Yoga study or advanced level study of yoga.

500 hour Yoga TTC is divided into two parts. 200 Hour Yoga TTC & 300 Hour Yoga TTC , 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Course begin's on the first of every month and it completes on 28th of the same month. After the completion of 200 hour teacher training program you get 2 or 3 days break (during the break school will provide you food and accommodation.) Our 300 hour teacher training program will begin on the first of next coming month and it will be finished on the 30th of the same month.

200 Hour Yoga TTC - Course Syllabus

  1. Ashtanga yoga primary series sequence made by K. pattabhi jois, In 200 hours yoga TTC we teach our students basics of Ashtanga yoga and we guide them through the completely Ashtanga yoga series in a systematically way according to the ashtanga yoga tradition which includes-
  2. On 1st week- introduction to Ashtanga yoga followed by Sun salutation A & B.
  3. On 2 nd week - Standing sequence postures & use of yoga props.
  4. On 3 rd week - Seated sequence postures & Finishing sequence postures.
  5. On 4 th week - Mysore style & Teaching practice.

In 200 hours TTC Ashtanga primary series will be practiced thoroughly and In 4rth week students will be examined in their Mysore style practice if they have learnt to practice Ashtanga vinyasa traditionally without being guided / in Mysore style.
